You may return products purchased from Calvantech within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the items meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories intact.
  • Promotional Items: Any promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.

Please note that returns requested after seven (7) days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returning an Item

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Valid Return Reason: Returns must be based on acceptable reasons such as defective products, incorrect items received, or other issues as specified in our policy.

How to Return Your Products

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Schedule a Pickup: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup at your convenience within 72 hours.
  3. Pickup Attempts: If we are unable to schedule a pickup after four (4) attempts on different days, the return process will be canceled, and you will not be eligible to return your products.

Quality Evaluation and Refund Process

After receiving your returned product, the following steps will be taken:

  1. Quality Inspection: Our team will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the product meets our return requirements.
  2. Refund Approval:
  • Approved Returns: If the product passes the quality inspection, a refund will be issued using your preferred refund method.
  • Rejected Returns: If the product does not meet our return criteria, it will be returned to you without a refund.

Timeframe

The entire return and refund process may take up to fourteen (14) days from the date of your return request to ensure a comprehensive evaluation and processing.
